In Games, Makuhita evolve into Hariyama at level 25.    Makuhita weight is 86 kg but after evolving into  Hariyama its weight increases by a large scale by 158 kg with is 254 kg.

So we come to conclusion that if we compare weight of  Blastoise and Hariyama  , Hariyama is heavier but if we compare weight of Mega Blastoise and  Hariyama we don't know as Mega Blastoise weight is unknown still know.
